Policies
Cancelation Policy:
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule. Any service 2 or more hours will require 48 hour notice of cancellation or reschedule and a credit card on file to hold the appointment time. The salon is busier than ever and those waiting to get an appointment with us need notice that they can get in. If proper notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge either 50% the cost of the service booked or $50 cancellation fee. No Call/No Show appointments will be charge 100% of the booked service. These are non-refundable appointment booking fees.
Color Correction Services:
Color correction is a lengthy process requiring a large block of time to be reserved. We need to team up with you and look at the hair, determine condition, decide the services that need to be done and figure the time this journey is going to take to reach the final goal. Color corrections require a free 15 minute consultation before a color correction can be booked. At time of booking an estimated 50% deposit to book is required that is non-refundable.

Product Exchange:
Timothy Richard Salon has a 7 day exchange only policy. Your product must be returned undamaged and cannot be noticeably used.
Re-Do:
We take pride in what we do and if your not satisfied we have a 7 day rebook guarantee. Call within 7 days and we will rebook you as soon as possible for an evaluation.
A corrective color and/or multi session appointments may be needed to reach the ultimate hair goals. If either type of appointment is discussed in your consultation, it is excluded from our 7 day rebook guarantee.
